Saraさんについて
English is my native language. I have tutored international students in English, French, and Biology for 3 years. I taught these students individually and in groups. The students' age ranged from 15-22 years. The students were able to improve their grades in school and college significantly. Currently, I am giving private lessons in English.
My experience with giving private lessons to students and working with children from the orphanage has allowed me to learn how each student has different needs. I often came across children with disabilities or children who had no prior knowledge of English. Some had never attended school before. This experience taught me the importance of lesson planning and adaptability. A teacher needs to be patient with the student and try to make him/her feel comfortable so that they can ask questions and participate more and more. I have worked with students of different cultural background and was able to work with them despite the language and cultural barriers.

I encourage all my students to speak in English as much as possible throughout the lesson. This will significantly improve their listening and speaking skills. I will also be creating lesson plans and will be sending them to all the students prior to each lesson. This will ensure that each class has a structure and will prevent us from deviating from our learning objectives. I will try to make you feel comfortable and enjoy learning. Different materials such as articles about current events and handouts will be used depending on the topic. I will also follow up with each of you every month in order to track your progress and identify areas of weakness. If there is a certain way you or the other students would like to be taught, then please let me know.
