I completed a 420-hour Japanese teacher training course in 2024 and have three months of teaching experience. I teach Chinese, Nepalese, and Bangladeshi students, adapting my lessons to their learning backgrounds. I use PowerPoint for Chinese students, who are familiar with kanji, and the whiteboard for Nepalese and Bangladeshi students, providing clear, step-by-step explanations. I also create teaching materials and activities to support effective learning.
In addition to classroom teaching, I design lesson plans, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and create worksheets that match students’ Japanese proficiency levels. I believe that every student learns differently, so I always observe their progress and adjust my teaching methods accordingly. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and are motivated to improve their Japanese communication skills. As I continue gaining experience, I hope to further develop my teaching techniques and contribute to the success of learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

I have been teaching Japanese for about three months. I adapt my teaching methods to the backgrounds and learning needs of my students. For example, Chinese students can already understand many kanji characters, so I often use PowerPoint presentations to teach them efficiently. On the other hand, students from Nepal and Bangladesh usually need more step-by-step explanations, so I mainly use the whiteboard to write and explain new words and grammar clearly. I believe that choosing the most suitable teaching method for each group helps students understand Japanese more effectively and keeps them engaged in class.
