My students typically learn to utilise what they have learned previously in a confident manner. By the end of a level or course they will have a self-belief to communicate, equipped with a clear understanding of the fundamentals and the cultural differences.
The CELTA methodology adapted to suit each student by taking into account their interests and what they might most find useful from the English language. This includes improving reading speed, pronunciation, native stress, rhythm, tone and intonation, understanding of grammar, Language analysis and awareness.

The main skill that I usually work on with my students is speaking and listening to improve communication with native speakers and achieve fluency.
