Kahoさんについて
■ About Me
I’m Kaho from Japan, with a neutral accent I’ve lived in New Zealand and Canada, and I really enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures! I love languages, traveling, and good drinks! Just tell me about your interests too!
I have completed a 420-hour Japanese teacher training course, so I also know exactly how the language works behind the scenes. I have over 800 hours of online teaching experience!
In fact, many of my students tell me that our lessons feel more like catching up with a friend than a formal class But our lessons are more than just chatting, I always take notes for you so you can easily review everything later!

■ About the Lessons
Personalized lessons just for you
I design each lesson based on your strengths and areas you want to improve. Just ask me about the different lesson options anytime via chat or during a trial lesson!
Tailored study guidance
As your tutor, I provide effective study methods and, if needed, homework and progress tracking to keep you motivated both inside and outside of class!
English support available
I can explain things in English for beginners, and we will gradually switch to more Japanese as you get comfortable!
All levels welcome
From absolute beginners to advanced learners!
■ Who This Lesson Is For
Complete beginners
New to Japanese and don't know where to start?
I teach in English, starting from the basics. Many dedicated students go from zero to enjoying continuous conversations entirely in Japanese in just a few months.
I also offer a short-term intensive course for travelers to Japan
Learners who feel stuck
As a language learner myself, I know the exact anxiety of wondering if you'll ever speak fluently, and the frustration of stalling out past the intermediate level.
We’ll talk a lot and adjust the lesson perfectly to your needs. For example, we can:
・Have 50 (25) minutes of natural, flowing conversation
・Read articles to pick up vocabulary and grammar with detailed explanations
・Discuss and debate new topics
・JLPT preparation (Track record of helping students pass)
・Refine your pronunciation and pitch accent to sound native
Just tell me your goals. As your dedicated tutor, I will design the absolute best strategy for your progress!
Those who want to work in Japan
Japanese for work is very different from casual conversation. With my experience in sales at a Japanese company and hospitality, I can teach practical business Japanese.
I offer lessons using my own original materials, covering everything from Keigo and Japanese business etiquette to job interview preparation.
■ Message
You can study a language on your own, but I want our lessons to truly add value to your learning. That’s why I create lessons just for you.
Learning Japanese opens up many new possibilities: making Japanese friends, understanding the culture, enjoying your travels, working in Japan, or maybe even living there someday?
Let’s enjoy learning and level up together I'm looking forward to seeing you in a trial lesson!
