She is very patient, kind, and creates a comfortable environment where I never feel bad for making mistakes—she always corrects them in a supportive way that helps me improve with confidence. Her classes have a great pace: easy to follow without feeling too simple, but never overwhelming either. She is also very organized, always sending the necessary materials and answering all my questions with patience.
