Hello! My name is Kai Pascar Alibassa, and I am a Master's student in Architecture at Mie University, Japan, with a background in Building Structural Engineering. I am passionate about architecture, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and digital design, and I enjoy helping others develop practical skills that prepare them for academic and professional success.
I specialize in teaching AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max in English. My teaching approach focuses on practical application rather than memorizing commands. I believe the best way to learn is by working on real architectural projects that build confidence and professional competence.
