Bikeshさんについて
ネパールの学校で8年以上にわたりバイオリンを指導してきた経験があり、子どもから大人まで幅広い年齢の方に個人でのバイオリンレッスンも行ってきました。バイオリンの演奏指導だけでなく、音楽理論の指導や、ABRSM（英国王立音楽検定）の試験対策も行ってきました。
私はネパールでバイオリンを学び始めましたが、当時ネパールにはバイオリンを正式に学べる音楽大学がなかったため、個人の先生からレッスンを受けて学びました。多くの独学に近い学習者と同じように、上達するまでにはたくさんの試行錯誤や苦労を経験してきました。
その経験があるからこそ、大人の初心者や自分で学習を進める方が直面する悩みや難しさを理解しています。私自身の学習に役立った練習方法、エチュード、教材や本などを共有しながら、生徒さん一人ひとりの目標に合った学習方法を一緒に見つけていきます。
私は、すべての生徒さんが同じ方法で学ぶ必要はないと考えています。レッスンは、生徒さんのレベル、興味、そして達成したい目標に合わせて柔軟に調整します。
レッスンは基本的に英語で行います。現在、私は日本語を勉強しており、日本語も簡単な会話ができますので、必要に応じて簡単な説明やコミュニケーションも日本語で対応できます。

I have over 8 years of experience teaching violin in schools in Nepal, as well as providing private violin lessons to children, teenagers, and adults. I have taught violin, music theory, and prepared students for ABRSM examinations.
I started learning the violin through private tutors, as there was no music college in Nepal where I could formally study violin. Like many self-motivated learners, I experienced plenty of ups and downs along the way.
Because of that experience, I understand some of the challenges that adult beginners and independent learners can face. I can share practical approaches, exercises, etudes, and books that helped me during my own learning journey and help you find a learning path that suits your goals.
I don't believe every student needs to follow exactly the same method. I prefer to adjust the lessons according to your level, interests, and what you would like to achieve.
Language: Lessons are mainly conducted in English. I can also speak basic Japanese, so I can provide simple explanations and communication in Japanese when needed. I am currently learning Japanese as well.

経験者向け 1時間レッスンの例
1. 指のウォームアップ（2分）
・指を温めるための短いエクササイズを行います。
2. スケール練習（10分）
・さまざまなリズムパターンを取り入れながらスケールを練習します。
3. エチュード（10分）
・レベルに応じて、Ševčík（セヴシック）、Wohlfahrt（ヴォールファールト）、Kreutzer（クロイツェル）などの教材を使用します。
4. 教本・テクニック教材（20分）
・たとえば『Maiabang Book 1』を使用します。ご希望があれば、スズキ・メソードの教材を使うことも可能です。
※私はスズキ認定教師ではありません。
5. お好きな曲の練習（10分）
・生徒さんが実際に弾きたい曲を練習します。技術面や音楽表現、難しい部分を一緒に確認しながら進めます。
6. 復習とまとめ（8分）
・レッスン内容を振り返り、次回までの練習方法について話し合います。
完全初心者の方へ:
これまでバイオリンに触れたことがなくても心配ありません。楽器や弓の持ち方、基本姿勢、美しい音の出し方、簡単な練習から始めて、少しずつ最初の曲へ進んでいきます。
その後は、生徒さんの目標や興味に合わせて、段階的に体系的な教材やカリキュラムへ進むこともできます。

Sample 1-Hour Lesson — Experienced Students
1. Finger Warm-Up: 2 Mins
- Short exercises to warm up the fingers
2. Scales: 10 Mins
- Working on scales with different rhythmic variations.
3. Etudes: 10 mins
- Depending on your level, we can work with materials such as Ševčík, Wohlfahrt, or Kreutzer.
4. Method / Technique Books: 20 Mins
For example, we can work with Maiabang Book 1. If you prefer another approach, I can also teach using Suzuki materials.
Please note: I am not a Suzuki-trained teacher.
5. Your Chosen Piece: 10 Mins
We spend time working on a piece you actually want to learn, focusing on technique, musical expression, and the difficulties you encounter.
6. Review & Revision: 8 mins
We finish by reviewing what we worked on and discussing what you can practice before the next lesson.
For Complete Beginners:
Don't worry if you've never held a violin before. We can start from the very beginning—how to hold the instrument and bow, basic posture, producing a good sound, simple exercises, and gradually learning your first pieces and later moving on to syllabus.
