I am a qualified Japanese teacher with over 9 years of teaching experience.
I have taught students from beginner to advanced levels at a Japanese language schools, at the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) and through private lessons.
Learning a language takes time and consistency. There are no shortcuts, but I believe enjoying the learning process is the best way to make steady progress.
Sometimes you may feel frustrated or think you’re not improving as quickly as you’d like. That’s completely normal. I’ll support you at your own pace and help you stay motivated.
Please feel free to ask questions at any time. I want my lessons to be a place where you feel comfortable making mistakes, because that’s how we learn.
I love manga, anime, good food, music, art, traveling and animals—(especially cats!)
What are you passionate about? I’d love to hear about your interests. By talking about the things you enjoy, you’ll naturally pick up useful expressions along the way.

これまで、日本語学校、国立研究所での日本語講座、そしてプライベートレッスンで、初心者から上級者まで幅広く指導してきました。
語学の上達には継続が大切です。近道はありませんが、楽しみながら続けることがいちばんの近道だと私は思っています。
日本語の勉強をしていると、思うようにいかなくて落ち込んでしまうこともあるかもしれません。そんな時はゆっくりマイペースに、少しずつ続けていけばいいんです。あなたのペースに合わせて、私がサポートしていきます。
わからないことがあったら、その場でなんでも気軽に質問してください。私のレッスンでは、「間違えても大丈夫」ということを感じてもらえると思います。
私は、漫画やアニメ、美味しいもの、音楽、アート、旅行、そして動物（特に猫！）が大好きです。あなたは何が好きですか？ぜひ教えてください。好きなことについて楽しく話しながら、そのために必要な日本語表現も自然に身につけていきましょう！

I am a qualified Japanese teacher with over 9 years of teaching experience.
In my lessons, you’ll learn not only textbook Japanese but also natural expressions, pronunciation, listening, and conversation skills that Japanese people use in everyday life.
Every student has different goals, interests, and learning styles. That’s why I create personalized lessons tailored to your needs. I can also explain grammar in English, so beginners can feel comfortable from the very first lesson.
I mainly use the GENKI, Marugoto, and Quartet textbooks in my lessons. For JLPT preparation, I often use the TRY! series.
If you have a preferred textbook, I'd be happy to use it and tailor the lessons to your needs.
Together, we’ll explore not only the Japanese language but also Japanese culture, customs, and real-life communication.

基本的には「げんき」、「まるごと」、「カルテット」、JLPT対策には「TRY!」シリーズを使用してレッスンを行います。ご希望の教材がある場合は、そちらを使ったレッスンにも対応しますので、ご相談ください。
そして、言葉だけでなく、日本の文化や習慣、実際のコミュニケーションについても楽しくお伝えします。
