Yokoさんについて
Hello! I’m a Japanese language teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. I hold the Japanese national qualification of Registered Japanese Language Teacher, and I have taught Japanese to learners with a wide range of goals, levels, and backgrounds.
As someone who is also learning English and French, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to learn a new language. I know the points where learners often get stuck, as well as the frustrations and joys that come with language learning. I always try to make my lessons clear, practical, and enjoyable, while encouraging students to learn at their own pace.
In addition to teaching Japanese, I hold a tea ceremony certificate and can also introduce beginners to the traditional Japanese art of tea ceremony. If you are interested not only in learning Japanese but also in experiencing Japanese culture, I would be happy to share my knowledge with you.
I look forward to helping you build confidence in Japanese and enjoy your language-learning journey!

Lessons can be customized according to each student’s goals and needs. To give you an idea of what you can expect, I have prepared the following three sample courses.
1. GRAMMAR AND DAILY CONVERSATION FOR BEGINNER COURSE (ONLINE) :
Using “IRODORI” as a textbook, we learn the basics.
2. FREE CONVERSATION FOR ADVANCED LEARNER COURSE (ONLINE) :
Let’s make conversation about various topics so that you can improve your conversation skill and learn more vocabulary and idioms.
3. MATCHA TEA CEREMONY FOR BIGGINER AND JAPANESE CONVERSATION COURSE (ONLINE):
Let's learn how to make and enjoy authentic matcha tea. And let's also learn how to have enjoyable conversations in polite Japanese (Kei-go).
If you have your own “Matcha“ (finely ground green tea) and utensils such as “chasen” (bamboo whisk) , "chawan" (tea bowl) , you'll enjoy this course even more.
