I am currently a PhD researcher in Japan. My research focus is on managing loneliness, emotions and stress. I speak English and Japanese.
It would be meaningless if all the knowledge just stays inside academia. Unfortunately, this is the current situation. Therefore, it is my goal to share all the knowledge here and help people live a better life.
I have offered psychoeduction and coaching to quite a few peopple already. And you can trust me in keeping your information confidential.

For many of us, managing emotions and stress in life is always a major challenge. There are right and wrong techniques. As a mental health researcher, I am going to listen to your issues and share the right techniques with you.
It is important to understand that this is not psychotherapy. Treatment or diagnosis is not part of this. However, from the knowledge I gain from my master's and PhD programs, I can offer support and education based on evidence.
Specific goals will depend on the client themselves. The general goal, however, is to give the client the skills to manage emotions, stress and solve problems.
