Yemi について

Lead Coach & Founder

My name is Yemi. I am a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer with 11 years’ professional coaching experience in Dubai, UAE. I specialise in strength & hypertrophy (bodybuilding and muscle gain) and sport-specific conditioning for combat athletes — practical coaching experience across boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. I work with clients ranging from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

Training Philosophy & Methodology

My approach is simple, evidence-informed and client-centred: assess accurately, teach precisely, progress intelligently, and measure consistently.

Core principles

Individualisation first: every program is built from the client’s goals, history, movement profile and available equipment — not a template.

Movement literacy before load: technical mastery of core patterns (hinge, squat, press, pull, carry, gait) to build a durable foundation.

Progressive overload with specificity: systematic strength, hypertrophy, power and conditioning progressions tailored to the client’s objective (muscle gain, sport performance, weight management).

Periodisation & autoregulation: structured phases that adapt based on performance, recovery and competition schedule.

Coaching that educates: clients learn why we do each drill, how to self-correct, and how to transfer gym gains to sport or daily life.

Holistic view: training, nutrition basics, recovery strategies and mindset are integrated to produce sustainable change.

Coaching process (how a working relationship typically flows)

Initial intake & health screening — full history, goals, availability and contraindications.

Movement assessment & baseline testing — mobility, stability, movement quality and simple performance metrics.

Program design — a phased plan with measurable milestones and session templates.

Hands-on coaching & feedback — tactile cues, technical corrections, and (when useful) video analysis.

Tracking, review & adjustment — regular testing, data review and program refinement.
