Nice to meet you. My name is Haru. I have worked in customer service in Japan for over 10 years. I have also earned the "Secretary Certification " a qualification in etiquette and honorific language. Drawing on this experience, I will carefully guide you in the "Japanese language that makes Japanese people feel comfortable"—the kind of knowledge you won’t find in textbooks. My hobbies include cooking (especially baking bread), taking walks, traveling, Japanese anime, and Japanese calligraphy.
