Hello! My name is Yomito, and I am very excited to help students learn Japanese. I started teaching because I truly enjoy sharing my culture and connecting with people from different backgrounds. For ten months, I worked as a volunteer Japanese teacher for foreigners, which gave me valuable experience in supporting learners at different levels. This experience taught me how to encourage students, adapt lessons to individual goals, and make learning enjoyable. I also love anime, manga, and music, and I often use these topics to create fun and engaging classes. My teaching style is mainly conversation-based, because I believe confidence grows when students actually speak. Together, we will build practical Japanese skills that you can use in real life.

My classes are conversation-based because I believe the best way to learn a language is through speaking and real interaction. I like to create lessons that feel natural and flexible, focusing on each student’s personal goals. Anime, manga, and music are often part of our topics, which makes learning enjoyable and culturally rich. I encourage students to practice actively, make mistakes, and learn from them with confidence. While conversation is central, I also integrate grammar and vocabulary support as needed, so students improve in both fluency and accuracy. The goal is to build practical skills for real-life situations. One day, you will be great Japanese speaker!
