Hello everyone! My name is Yusuke, but please feel free to call me SKY.
I am currently a university student studying at Kobe University, a prestigious national university in Japan. Right now, I am taking a gap year and living in the beautiful island of Malta to broaden my horizons and connect with people from all over the world!
As a language learner myself—currently studying English, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese—I know exactly how challenging and exciting it can be to learn a new language. I understand the nervousness of speaking a foreign language, so please don't worry about making mistakes in my class!
Besides my academic background, I have worked as a professional Teppanyaki chef in Japan for over two years. I also love outdoor activities, traveling, and watching anime. I am very curious, open-minded, and passionate about discovering new cultures. Whether you want to talk about Japanese university life, food culture, or daily hobbies, I am here to support your Japanese learning journey with a big smile!

私は現在、日本の国立大学である「神戸大学」に在籍している大学生です。今は休学をして、世界中の人々と交流し視野を広げるために、地中海の美しい島国であるマルタ共和国に住んでいます！
私自身も現在、英語、スペイン語、韓国語、中国語を勉強している語学学習者です。だからこそ、新しい言語を学ぶときの楽しさや、いざ話すときの緊張感が痛いほどよくわかります。私のクラスでは、間違いを恥ずかしがる必要は全くありません！リラックスして楽しく話しましょう。
学業の傍ら、日本で2年以上プロの鉄板焼きシェフとして働いた経験もあります。また、アニメ鑑賞やアウトドア活動、新しい場所へ旅行することも大好きです。日本の国立大学でのリアルな学生生活や、美味しい日本食の裏話、海外生活の面白さなど、幅広いトピックでお話しできます。皆さんの日本語学習を全力でサポートできることを楽しみにしています！

■ My Teaching Style & Techniques
The most important thing in learning a language is to speak a lot without fear of making mistakes! Since I am currently learning English, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese myself, I completely understand the nervousness and difficulties of speaking a foreign language. My lessons are very casual and relaxed. Let's enjoy talking just like friends! I will gently type new vocabulary and natural expressions in the chat box during our conversation.
■ My Unique Strengths
I worked as a professional Teppanyaki chef in Japan for 3 years! I can share authentic Japanese food culture, cooking tips, and delicious recipes with you. Also, I love Anime (Naruto, Attack on Titan, Hunter x Hunter), traveling, and outdoor activities. I can teach you real, living Japanese that you will never find in textbooks.
■ Typical Lesson Plan (Free Talk)
Warm-up (5 mins): Casual greetings and sharing how our day went.
Main Conversation (35-45 mins): We will talk about your favorite topics (Food, Anime, Travel, Culture, or daily life).
Review (5 mins): Feedback and reviewing the new words we used.
