I’ve always loved connecting with people from different cultures. While living and working in the UK for 5 years, I met many people curious about Japan, and I discovered how much I enjoy sharing my language and culture.
Teaching Japanese and seeing students feel excited and confident has become one of my greatest joys.
I’ve also volunteered teaching Japanese to children, helping them feel supported and at ease. I’m skilled at creating a friendly and relaxed environment where beginners, kids, and first-time learners can feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
For me, teaching isn’t just about language—it’s about building connections, sharing culture, and inspiring students to enjoy learning every step of the way.️

I’m Saki, a native speaker and lifelong anime, manga, and Japanese culture fan!
I lived in the UK for 5 years, working in a café and flower shop, communicating with people from many countries. This taught me how to connect across cultures and understand the challenges of learning a new language.
