Hello! I’m Noreen, an experienced English educator with 12+ years of teaching experience in the Philippines and Japan. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students of different ages, levels, and cultural backgrounds, helping them develop their English skills and become more confident communicators.
I am a patient, friendly, and dedicated teacher who believes that learning should be both effective and enjoyable. I take the time to understand each student’s needs and adapt my lessons to their learning style, goals, and level.
Whether you are learning English for school, work, travel, everyday communication, or personal growth, I will do my best to create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where you can learn at your own pace.

I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and actively involved in the learning process. My goal is not only to teach English but also to help students become confident communicators who are willing to make mistakes, ask questions, and keep improving.
My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and practical. I use a combination of conversation practice, guided activities, visual materials, games, real-life situations, and personalized feedback. I adjust my teaching style according to each student's level, learning goals, personality, and pace.
A typical lesson begins with a short warm-up or review, followed by an introduction to the main topic. We then practice the target language through guided activities and conversation. I gradually give students more opportunities to use the language independently. Each lesson ends with a review and simple feedback so students understand what they have learned and what they can improve.
One of my strengths is my 12+ years of experience in education in both the Philippines and Japan. I have taught students from different cultural backgrounds and age groups, which has helped me become patient, adaptable, and attentive to individual learning needs. I also enjoy creating fun and engaging activities that make lessons less intimidating and more memorable.
I welcome elementary and junior high school students, high school students, university students, and adult learners. Whether you want to improve everyday conversation, grammar, pronunciation, speaking confidence, or practical English skills, I will create lessons that match your current level and goals.
