Hi! I’m a native Japanese teacher with over 1,000 hours of online Japanese teaching experience.
I have also passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test.
In my lessons, I try to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where you can speak Japanese without worrying too much about making mistakes. I want you to feel comfortable speaking and enjoy using Japanese.
I like anime, manga, and Korean dramas, and recently I’ve been especially into Chinese dramas. I’m also interested in traditional Chinese medicinal cuisine and often watch videos about it.
I’m currently studying Chinese myself, so I also understand both the fun and the challenges of learning another language.

私はアニメや漫画、韓国ドラマなどを見ることが好きで、最近は特に中国ドラマにハマっています。
また、中国の薬膳料理にも興味があり、薬膳料理の動画もよく見ています。
私自身も中国語を勉強しているので、外国語を学ぶ楽しさや難しさも感じています。

My lessons are mainly for intermediate and advanced Japanese learners and are conducted mainly in Japanese.
Have you studied Japanese for a while, but sometimes find it difficult to use what you know in real conversations?
In my lessons, we don’t just have free conversation. We talk naturally in Japanese, and when you have a question about grammar, expressions, or nuances, we can stop and clear it up together. You can also bring questions from your own Japanese studies.

Lesson style
A typical lesson is half free conversation and half time for your questions and explanations.
If you just want to talk, we can also spend the whole lesson having free conversation!
My goal is to help you turn the Japanese you’ve studied into Japanese you can actually use.
私のレッスンは、主に中級〜上級の日本語学習者向けで、基本的に日本語で行います。
ただ話して終わるフリートークではなく、日本語で会話しながら、気になった文法・表現・ニュアンスなどの疑問も一緒に解決していきます。普段の日本語学習で出てきた疑問を持ってきてもOKです！

レッスンの進め方
基本的には、前半はフリートーク、後半は質問や疑問の解説という形で進めます。
「今日はたくさん話したい！」という日は、レッスン全部をフリートークにしてもOKです！
勉強してきた日本語を「知っている日本語」から「使える日本語」にしていきましょう！
