I recently finished a working holiday in Australia, where I met so many people from all over the world. I ended up teaching them a lot of Japanese slang, and they were using it like locals in no time—it was hilarious! That’s why I’m confident I can help you master real Japanese slang, too.
Most importantly, let me tell you a bit about myself. I was born and raised near Tokyo in 2002, so I speak standard, modern Japanese—not a heavy dialect. (Though, I have to admit, sometimes dialects are even funnier, so I can teach you those too if you're curious!)
I’m not a school teacher, and this won’t feel like a boring class. I believe the fastest way to improve is through casual conversation, not textbooks. I’m here to teach you whatever you want to learn, so don’t hesitate to ask. Just remember—we’re here to talk like friends, so let’s keep it casual!"

Are you using 'Desu' and 'Masu'? Those are clearly important, but if you want to make actual friends, formal Japanese isn't enough. Just like you guys, we use slang every single day. I’m here to teach you the Japanese that will actually make people laugh and smile.
In my lessons, I’d prefer to talk like friends. If you want to learn formal Japanese, I can teach that too, but we all know that slang is what makes conversations fun! We’ll chat casually, and I’ll use plenty of slang while we talk. Then, I’ll break down what I used, what it means, and when to use it.
So, if you’ve heard any slang or funny words you’re curious about, don’t hesitate to ask! I really hope my lessons help you connect with people and have a blast. Let’s enjoy!
